wait a minute, I thought Tech was saying that there was absolutely only one award, Now TR says two seperate grants....I'm not reading too deeply nor thinking too clearly so itf someone could just tell me ....one or two....and does anyone have an idea how much the other one would be for...? I realize that I'm asking a lot...but have a little pitty on my clouded and befuddled state, please somebody...!?!?!?! 10-Z
