Steak, it is even later for you than me! but I see you are still up. I am trying to listen to the CC, but cannot get the replay yet. I was watching a DVD, "The man who sued God" - second time around - I just love Billy Conolly - he is getting sexier as he ages!

I was also not wrong, it would appear, with my pre-cc post.

We have sat together for many moons now, and have ridden the highs and lows. From what I am reading on the Yahoo, and our own, naturally, it would appear that obituaries are being written. Like yourself, I will not cash in, since buyout or merger will provide dividends. I too, as most are aware, have a very personal and vested interest in Transmeta.

Now, I don't know if you have seen this movie, but Billy Connolly goes to court, having served writs on all religious leaders, in order to get back at his Insurance Company.

He wins a moral victory.

In essense, the content of your last post.

It is nigh on impossible for the likes of Transmeta, to compete with Intel. However, Intel were forced to re-think in order to compete.

At the end of the movie, the Judge, in his summing up, says:
"You have withdrawn the case, but you have made an indelible mark"

Until I digest the CC and content, including Matt's faux pas,(?), I believe anyone long and strong, should wait until Q04, and take the moral high ground. Who knows what that may bring.
Love,
Bird X
