RED for me for the week...here is how my thinking goes...

I think we have had all the runup we can stand for a while, without a fundamental change in the firmament, which I do not see on the horizon yet. So we waffle weakly sideways and end the week slightly red.

If I am right (and I do believe I am), then you can tell me (again) how courageous and how true to my heart I was, even with the bulk of public opinion violently opposed to me. Not to mention that I will revel in receiving a bevy of beverages...

However, if, by week's end, I am wrong, then I can simply say (as griff did) that I sacrificed myself for the good of the many, since every lopsided bet needs at least some opposition. That should also appeal to all the freedom-lovers who think self-sacrifice of one for the good of the state is a noble deed<G>
