Rexman, yes they buy out of the Open
Market straight out of the Float.

Just check the Dates of buying against the
Price per Share of those particular purchase dates.

It all adds up.

The MERC BOD knows that their shares are
worth far more than the current trading price.

I remember when LCC's CEO bought shares of LCC.
After that, the share price went from the 1.50's to almost
12 bucks a share!!!

Indeed, when a Company starts buying their own shares,
it's a tip off to something really good.
