7/22/04 - ATNG: Malone & Bailey Hired as Indep. Acct. - Going Concern [delayed]

Ridgeland, MS, JUL 22, 2004 (EventX/Knobias.com via COMTEX) -- ATNG Inc (OTCBB : ATNG) filed an 8-K on 7/22, in which the Company reported that on 6/24, it dismissed its independent auditor, Russell and Atkins PLC.

Russell and Atkins' reports on the Company's financial statements for the years ended December 31, 2002 and 2003 did not contain an adverse opinion or a disclaimer of opinion, and were not qualified or modified as to uncertainty, audit scope, or accounting principles, except that Russell and Atkins reports on the Registrant's Form 10-KSB for the years ended December 31, 2002 and 2003 raised substantial doubt about its ability to continue as a going concern.

On June 22, 2004 the Company engaged Malone & Bailey, P.C., certified public accountants, as the Company's independent accountants to report on the Company's balance sheet as of December 31, 2004
