wnbd Actually HAS Dropped "like a rock" ,,,
Down More Than 80% since last year's pump peak.

With continuing ~monthly pumps&dumps of 2+X . [Which is
perfect for flippers , especially day-trading shorters.]

There is no doubt that wnbd always loses money ; that Must ,
and can Only be replaced by diluting the commoners. Our best
guess is that wnbd needs at least $100,000 per month to pay
all current 'exec' salaries + whatever expenses ; but only
has current revenues of Less than $20,000 per month ,
with an average of less than $10,000 per month , for the
last 12 months. [Revenues to wnbd are AFTER Surefil keeps
their 50+% + costs of ingredients , bottles, labels, etc.]
[Wnbd would be lucky to net $1 per bottle, and then have to
pay all their corp. expenses + salaries.]

That's over $1 Million Cash Lost in the last 1 year ;
which means that wnbd Must have dumped over 100 Million
new common wnbd's , assuming an average dump price
of $0.01 per new 'share' .

In the next 1 year [and for 2 more] , this Must continue.

Let's assume that wnbd's revenues actually DOUBLE EVERY YEAR.
So, in the next 12 months , they will rise from $20,000 now ,
to $40,000 monthly , for an average of $30,000 ; which is a
total of $360,000 for the year. But, expenses will still be
at least $100,000 per month [plus a little] , up to maybe
$1,260,000 for the next 12 months. That leaves a gap of
$700,000 for the coming year ; which Must be covered by
more/constant wnbd common share dilution , as usual.

So far , so good ; but, ~90% of always-money-losing pinkys
drop ~90% per year. Since wnbd only dropped 84% last year ,
let's guess that wnbd only drops 75% next year ; to a
new-share dumping price of $0.0020 in 12 months , and an
average of $0.0050 for the next 12 months.

Thus; we can guess that wnbd Must dump 140,000,000 more newer
wnbd common shares next year , because :

140,000,000 = $700,000 / $0.0050

Actually , not too bad. And, way better than the average
pinky. But, of course, we assumed that wnbd revenues must
Double, and wnbd Expenses would only go up an average of
5% over the next 12 months [= 10% Annual Increase].

Using the Same assumptions for the Following year ,
[ ending in March , 2011 ] , we get :
$720,000 revenues - $1,386,000 expenses = $666,000 Total Loss
Then ; $666,000 / $0.00125 = 532,800,000 More Dumped commons

And , for the year ending March , 2012 , we get :
$1,440,000 revenues - $1,524,600 expenses = $84,600 Loss
Then ; $84,600 / $0.0004125 = 205,090,909 More Dumped commons

But then ; it's all gravy , starting in April , 2012 ;
assuming that wnbd keeps Doubling revenues EVERY YEAR ,
and only raising Expenses 10% per year , while the price
of wnbd's pink common shares drops only 75% per year.

Looks good , as long as longs keep averaging down , and
buying up all of those newer shares , for a Total Additional
Investment of Only : $700k + $666k + $85k = $1,451,000

Looking almost good enough to quit shorting + maybe even
start buying some wnbd stock , beginning in April , 2012 ;

BUT , Only the Preferred Shares ; because Only the Preferred
Insiders get to peek at the Current Financials + Fully
Diluted Share Structure + UNexaggerated Projections+Plans ,
and 'exec' salaries + bonuses + new car lease bills + etc's ,
and get to vote , and discover the Real Meaning and Purpose
of "The wnbd Group" . But, only After Swearing to Never Leak
Any of these 'strategic' secrets to Any 'competitors' ,
[= wnbd common 'share'holders ] , ever.

extra , Sincerely .

By the way ; Regarding Surefil : We Never 'bashed' it. In
fact, we Like it. Especially after they quit shipping those
Leaking Bottles of wnbd soap to wnbd's new customers. We
only Investigated a little , to find out if any wnbd Insiders
owned Any part of Surefil , or were somehow Personally Paid
by Surefil ; instead of giving All 'benefits' to the wnbd
common 'share'holders , who 'share' 100% of All wnbd losses ,
by buying All of the newest wnbd common 'shares' , for many
years , and never net-selling any , as the price per share
keeps sinking , ~84% since the 2008 pump , and the continuing
dump. So, we All agree, that Surefil seems to be a Fine ,
Private , U.S.-Based Company, with NO Public Investors , and
with Every Right To Keep Financial + Share Structure Secrets.
[Exactly UNlike wnbd.] And, they can 'donate' part of their
profits , or even all of any would-have-been wnbd common
revenues , to any privateer , without ever telling anyone ,
[except the IRS ,of course]. Especially if those secrets
were somehow maybe [or maybe not] 'part of the deal' with
wnbd , even if Not actually even written down in a contract.
Who really knows , besides those Insiders directly involved ,
and any Outsiders who Investigate such stuff , and anyone
they tell , after being paid , usually.

Also , we Never 'bashed' lowes. In fact, we think that they
are sSart to TEST wnbd's soap , Before Buying Any , and
certainly Before putting any on Any Retail shelf. And, we
think that lowes smart to do a 1-Small-Store-ONLY TRIAL ,
in a RURAL area of Ohio, On The Border of WEST Virginia ;
Because, a big store in a small town might actually be able
to sell soap , since it might be the closest store that
sells soap , to most of the local population. Whereas, in
most of the world, there will be 10+ soap-selling stores
closer than the nearest lowes, with a bigger selection of
'competitor' soaps, at lower prices, including 'private
label store brands' , that are made in the same factory.
[Which we expect Surefil will soon be doing.] Just think
about it. How many people are going to 'decide' to drive
10X further, to lowes, because they just ran out of soap ?
Maybe to a Wal-Mart, that sells much more useful stuff,
and at much lower prices , and it's closer, and there are
10 more need-it-now items , so it saves 9 trips-to-lowes.
[This also explains why wnbd stuff is OK in RURAL Canada ,
for HD + WM , but they still won't even put it on TRIAL
in the U.S. ; after many months in Canada. That's probably
why the wnbd CEO hides All Sales info ; since almost all
sales are in RURAL Canada , where 1 Big store really is
a Big deal.]

We just can't figure out why lowes is taking so long to put
the first bottle of wnbd soap on any retail shelf. Unless
problems keep popping out in "The Big TEST". Like leaks.

Also, we can't figure out why wnbd is focused on stain stuff,
when laundry soap is a ~100X bigger retail $ market ,
especially wordwide. We still have 95% full bottles of stain
removers , [that work perfectly , on everystain] , that we
bought over 19 years ago. We know, because we moved, 19 years
ago, and packed Only the nearly-Full bottles of cleaning
stuff, even though it probably cost more to move them, since
movers charge by the pound, 100X more than the cost of water.
Bottom-Line: Very few people, worldwide, are repeat-customers
for Any stain eraser. And, probably 90% of it is 'sold' via
TV 'Infomercials'. Most of wnbd's possible repeat customers
for stain stuff would have to be full-time painters , who
drip frequently , so they are probably part-time by now , in
this recession. [Which explains all of the 'free' time
available , during used-to-be 'work' time , when the wnbd
boreds are buzzing overtime.]

Averaging-Down is profitable for shorters, only [and All pinky CEOs].
