Thanks for that info Preston. What's going on in the State of Ma case is that the judge has asked USGA to report back to the court every six months to give an update and provide documents concerning the federal bankruptcy case. As long as the bankruptcy goes ahead then USGA will have immunity from any judgement the state court could render. In effect, the case is on permanent hold pending USGA going out of business or re-organizing. Either way I don't think Tiax (or us) will ever see a dime.
