BOXER, many here have answered your questions AD NASEUM!!!

First, the TA is NOT gagged. They do not give out information to the calling public for any of the stocks they handle. Call and ask. Most TAs can't afford the staff when you call every hour to see if the shares have increased.

Second, the increase of outstanding shares is for acquisitions. If the acquisitions have revenue then it should not negatively effect ehe pps. This is basic finance 101 and something Greg hasw covered. And yes I would like to know more about the acquisitions so stay tuned this week. : )

Now has Greg had great PR or web sites? No, but I'm not selling because of that. Since you've had a change of mind, will you be selling tomorrow? just curious..... : )
