Financial transactions occure [prior] to a closing on property. and NEVER after the fact in the [Real World of business}. But in smoke and mirrors amidst underhanded dealings it can take place after the fact when insiders deal with insiders. This is also known as Racketerring and securities fraud.

As of today, the Company is in advanced discussions with the purchasers of "American Molygold."
