Dow should move up... and expect it will move more than the avg mkt share given its IMO oversold position.

There is no question Dow was wronged by the Kuwaitis in the K-Dow deal. To sign a deal in early Dec... and to bail out 3 weeks later is a disgrace.

Dow, as management states, is working to rebuild trust and close a deal in the future.

There has been so much bad news in the market and about the misfortunes hitting Dow, that I expect the market has thrown out the baby w/ the bath water.

a drop in mkt cap from $30B - $6B in just a few months is telling...

has the earnings power of Dow in good times been diminished? no. Not @ this point in time... Dow needs just a bit of luck going forward and they will pull through. And should Dow surprise w/ an announcement of a K-Dow deal... very positive.
