The 1:1 reverse merger already happened and LIGATT is the new company here. Since then, Greg increased the O/S to over 1 billion (A/S = 2 billion) and our next update on the share structure will be June 30, 2009.

We were waiting on two main pieces of the puzzle -- share structure and revenues. The new share structure caused a sell-off. Greg needs to deliver with good revenues.
