Acually, I wouldn't be surprised if it goes past .10 sooner. We hit .10, then a few bumps then another run. If it can push .14 then .20 could come very quickly.

BUT - it's had a lot of false runs over the past months too. This time though, longer term indicators are showing good upward strength like it hasn't seen since last year. Still a few things to line up.

Still got some klingons in this too that can do a lot of damage but I think their days are numbered.

So overall prediction:
"Captain! There be Whales!"
