from time perspective...I think Barry was OK as CEO. His only fault was that he could not deliver the TECHNOLOGY (website) he was promissing for 5 years. Technical side was a total failure. They could not construct the website (like Hulu), they wanted, but simply did not have resources and technical abilities. They needed real programmers (team of 20) working on the site every day. The software company is build around the programmers and how good their product is.(example Google, Hulu, Msoft)The business side/marketing is easy...and even Barry could pulled off !!
