rich sears - Nice to see that Commissioner Bald was pressing the Mayor and City Council of Berlin to change their attitude from negativism and bitter attacks (for example on Laidlaw and on the State) to one of accomodation and working together and moving forward...

"Commissioner Bald stated that there is not a more important time to be positive. Citizens are looking to the Council to make a difference, be positive and move forward."

Question: How is CP planning to sell the electricity from their proposed (but as yet unfinanced) project in Berlin if PSNH will not even talk to them? Just wondering...
