Sirs, I am a shareholder in your company, I noticed today, that DKSC has up graded their officer listing with the Nevada Sec of State, on 03/12/2009.and noticed that the A/S (authorized Shares) has been increased from 75,000,000 to 500,000,000,

I purchased more shares yesterday and noticed that there were 3,000,000 BUYS and 700,000 Sells and was wondering why the PPS decreased for the day with over 3 to 1 buys to sells.(my reason for searching the SOS.info)

Could you please give me an up date on any increase in the Outstanding Shares, as I can see no reason to increase the A/S unless there are plans to increase the O/S.
