Speaking of legal violations......

Insider information is definied as "Material information about a company's activities that has not been disclosed to the public."

A Moderator of this forum has claimed to have this information and have made this claim for some time. He has also claimed to have bought shares of this company recently. This would be in violation of the insider trading laws. Because I am concerned over the publics money in this security and his claims of secret contact with non public information being exchanged, I will be reporting this person to the SEC to ensure no unfairness has occured.

We are in a very bad econmic enviroment right now. And I believe at very least everyone should have a fair playing field.
