Just spoke with TDAmeritrade & gave them my common at no cost since I only had a few hundred shares. As for the preferred I must request the certifcates to get out of the fee. So if anyone owns the common or preferred expect a $150.00 annual custodial fee from TDAmeritrade. LOL
