I am so mad at previous management for screwing things up so badly, but the past is behind us now and we can finally look to the future with hope. I trust that Mark is making the right moves.

I can't speak to the specific terms of those deals, but the studios are all looking for new ways to monetize their libraries in the digital arena. DVD sales are way down and expected to drop even further (partly due to the maturing of the industry, not to mention the current economy) so the studios are looking at different strategies to recapture some of that revenue.
