I wish they would have let me ask a question today...

Hope everyone had a good past year. I took the year off from this stock. Year's over. Won't be posting much, but I do hope to be at the board meeting this coming October with another proposal on the table...

Which would have been the subject of my statement/question -

I would have expressed my frustration that although there is a lot of positive news, there is no stockholder equity...and not only is there no stockholder equity, but we continue to lose money and further dilute the stockholders (and with them addressing selling more stock, they clearly have visions of grandour and refuse to start making at least of couple deals).

I would then have stated that I WILL BE SUBMITTING A SHAREHOLDER PROPOSAL to remove the poison pill and have the entire company put up for sale in an effort to return equity to the forgotten stockholders.

My question would have been for Steve and Paul to explain to me and the rest of the stockholder why such a proposal is not a good idea considering their failure to create value for the stockholders.


Its time for a bidding war for this company, and if the so called management team in Tustin would have a clue, maybe they'd understand that if they'd actually make a deal or two while removing or changing the poison pill to a 35 or 40% ownership level, that maybe, just maybe the stock would run some and we'd be have more options to raise money when needed. You need to get some base hits before you can hit the grand slam.
