If Major Dumping like this keeps happening, the stock will eventually have a .0001 ask and no bid at all, I've seen this happen many times before, they dump and dump until the MM won't even buy anymore from the Toxic Financier who holds all the certs, like NIR in this case who Tom G borrowed $1.2 Mil from in exchange for Convertible Debentures, in those agreements, the Financier like NIR can force the Transfer Agent into performing "REVERSE SPLITS" so that there is a Marketable price for them to unload their stock and collect their debt. the ones who get screwed in this process are the "RETAIL BUYING SHAREHOLDERS" US!!!!!!! Because they will keep the Authorized number of shares at 1 BILLION, and reverse split the OUTSTANDING number of shares a 1/10, 1 share for every 10, R/S, would increase the share price X10 but the retail shareholder would LOSE 90% of his shares. LEGALIZED LARCENY!!!
