Not so sure that it would start a up-move but it would be hint that maybe, just maybe it could be since it would be week one of a higher high on the weekly chart in sometime. It has been nearly a year since we have seen a weekly chart with a higher high two weeks in a row. Week 1 could lead to two weeks, then we have a small hope of an season of upward moves... last time we saw two weeks in a row with upward movement was 9-26-03
