Jared is smart. I think he will probably do the same to get listed o a major exchange. He will buy a defunct Nas company's shell and reverse merge EESOinto and change the name back to EESO. The first woman discount broker did the same thing. (I think it wascalled Maryil something). She bought a defunct co. listed on the NAS - it was furniture story and rolled her co. into the shell and changed the name. She said she did it to avoid the high cost of lawyers and other cost. It saves a lot of money.
