Timing would be that they know ..... KNOW that they have more people in line wanting to help fund and wanted them to release that information to make the PPS up and stablize at a higher rate.

If the pps does not go up today then it's a waste. aka fluff.

JMO as always but appreciate our collected knowledge here.
