Need alittle help:
At yahoo I chekced the insider transactions. Can't interpretate this:
http://finance.yahoo.com/q/ir?s=SPKL.OB

I assume I am wrong if I interpretate that insider have sold multi millions of shares march and october 2008. The topic "Most Recent Trans." shows a lot of "sale"!
