Affidavit of G. Williams Evans Dated 3/6/2009 states to the US Court,To conduct an orderly sale of its business and to provide for a fair and equitable distribution of its estate to its stakeholders.

Based on this GREAT public announcement, we picked up 30,000 more shares first thing this AM...

"a 'Stakeholder' is anyone that has an interest in how a company performs, or will be affected by the performance.

If I am a manager at the company, but I don't hold any stocks, I still have a 'stake' in how the company performs (if it does badly.. I could lose my job!)

if I own Bonds issued by the company, i hope they will repay me, and I have a 'stake' in how they do, because if the company does badly, they may not repay my money when the Bond is due.

stockholders own some stock of the company, so they have a 'stake' as well, but they are just one type of 'stakeholder'"

Zolfo Cooper is a steakholder as they will receive "fair and equitable distribution of its estate" either 1 to 2% of the remaining equity.
