Question: Isn't the IP patent estate licensed from UC Irvine? Or are the compounds created on COR's dime co-owned, or fully owned by Cortex?

This brings up the possibility that if COR ceases to exist the UC Irvine is free to deal with a BP without COR being in the middle. What does COR specifically offer to a deal, other than mediocre management personnel? Cortex is toast if they don't own the newer compounds' patent estate outright.

Can anybody clarify this?
