Hey, I see that the pessimism is pretty thick here. Various scenarios have been discussed and I don't pretend to know which one will play out. A disastrous financing at these levels?...a reverse split?... or a partnership deal or BP to the rescue?

What if an RD deal provides only a modicum of money? What if that gets us to SA, but the SA trial fails? What if Cortex gets enough financing through a PIPE or a BP deal and then SA succeeds? Then COR has enough money to develop the high impacts and they succeed in upregulating BDNF and curing Alzheimer's? Which scenario or other one plays out in reality?

As I understand it, due diligence can take a long time and then the lawyers get involved and make sure all the t's are crossed and all the i's dotted. Is that more time than Cortex has?

OT/ Is anyone here interested in investing in ombowstring.com? $90,000 will get you 45% of the company. I plan on advertising in major newspapers across the country and for that I need a cash infusion. I have a clever little ad ready which I think will pique interest in the minds of at least some of the general public. I think the CD and the T-shirts and caps may capture the public's imagination. This idea may succeed and earn money or fall flat on its face and we lose our investment. So consider yourselves forewarned. If interested, e-mail ombowstring@ombowstring.com .
