Very true. The whole thing stinks. This is a clear case of Fraud from both sides. And it seems there's nothing to be done. When I figured out what was happening at WHA when I was employed there I tried to reach out to authorities, although it fell on deaf ears. Not only that...I was inundated with threats on my personal safety as well as being told I was going to be sued for "$1 million...for single handedly de-valuing the company". Heck, I'll probably receive more threats for posting again today. Although I don't know if they still monitor this page, but they used to. I'm just not easily bullied.

If you know a way to get the truth out, and try to achieve some sort of justice for the shareholders...I wish you best of luck. It baffles me that these guys are still able to conduct "business" and steal peoples money.
