If you know the Asian culture this means if the CEO is going over there it is a done deal. They have to finalize the deal with a ceremony and the top people doing it. So in my book it is a done deal and the company probably wants an outsider to witness it. I wourk for the Asians for 12 yrs in the auto industry.
