Surf..I am not questioning their recording in Spanish. I am questioning as to why you cannot make contact with a person when you call.

Would you want the capability to speak to a person when you call or just leave a message and hope that you receive a return call?

The Bi-Lingual is a non issue..just that you cannot reach a person to have questions or inquiries answered...
