Okay now we are being sold as a stand alone product. So what is the difference?? Dollar justification to our biggest revenue base next to the viewers,. ADVERTISERS!!!

Viewership is based on one of two factors:

Nielson ratings..

Cable companies sales.

Nielson ratings are an abstract of polls, surveys, and box hits. Viewership put simply is based on multiplication of common factor, such as viewer log, times census population, minus number of viewers per time slot. (cable box hits). They call it PRIME TIME for a reason.

Now advertising rates as justified by Nielson become the established price per territory, per venue, per time slot.

The only sure things are PAY PER VIEW programming to which the advertiser has upfront knowledge of the intended viewer ship 30 minutes before programming. Contracts are signed let’s say 30 days prior to a venue, and price is a contingent based on viewers. I personally have seen a price change in 30 seconds and raise again after the viewing of the event.




We have the next best thing.. Not as good as name recognition in regards to HBO and SHOW , but we have a established Viewer base based on a standalone product sold before said events or timeslots that advertisers are looking at.

I.e., Frank can go to Powerbar and state I have 3 million viewers just signed up for our channel and here are records to back it up.

Powerbar now has a number and formula to work with and makes an offer based on Nielson ad rates 2003-2004 (kind of a Kelly blue book to the advertising industry)
This is a firm offer by both parties. I know for a fact they want this market exposure and every other company under the sun wants the same.

In regards, to the US there is no firm consensus of what a network like this is capable of. There are production companies as we speak trying to duplicate the success of Queer Eye, The L word, and Queer as Folk.

We have a network DEDICATED to this success. Marketing dollars will flow. It is a multi Billion dollar business!! Let’s look at Microsoft, They have just announced they will be spending billions to attempt to become the entertainment industry standard. They are trying to beat out established Macintosh . All this is a gamble and they are throwing BILLIONS at it!!

Now, let’s look at being packaged. Hmm. Great for money maybe, but hurts us in advertising dollars. The first thing a speculative advertiser will say is how do I know they bought the pkg. because of you?? Let’s wait for the numbers and see what happens after viewing. Kind of a gamble there.


End game:

It is a proven fact. We are pioneering an industry here people, one with a heightened sensitivity to the general public, and one that has so much media exposure it has become one o f the most talked about issues meeting our governing bodies to date.
