warrior..... this is very enlightening. in reading that last paragraph, and determining that federal law is worthless, would that give shareholders the right to remove saners kneecaps one at a time if he indeed made rules which were detremental to aforementioned shareholders without SEC scrutiny ?? hhhhmmmmm.... food for thought i guess.

i have a few other pinkies i think are being held under restrictive legend too. !!! LOL
