TO ALL REAL INVESTORS. Especially :

1] wnbd Share Structure
2] wnbd Financials [even the most Basic , gross revenues]
3] wnbd Insider 'Preferred' votes + assets Ownership [80++%]
4] whatever is "The wnbd Group" [commons could own Nothing]
5] wnbd 'exec' salaries + bonuses + expenses

Of course, all of this Total Secrecy is ~legal ,
especially for foreign pinks , which wnbd IS ,
and has been , for many years , and always will be [ioo].

When confronted , the wnbd CEO 'explains' that his 'strategy'
of Total Secrecy is needed to keep the 'competitors' in the
dark , and to save money that would be wasted by reporting
Basic Facts [THAT ARE ALREADY 100% AVAILABLE , EVERY DAY].

But , it's all OK with everybody ; because it's perfectly
normal for pinks ; especially if they are Non-U.S.

There is Only 1 Reason for Any Public Company
to Hide Everything , for Many Years. And, it has
everything to do with taking cash from commoners ;
as much as possible , for as long as possible.

Which is Most Preferred by Insider Preferreds ,
and Outsider shorters , and day-traders who profit
most from bounces , caused by the total lack of the
most important Facts about their target pinky.
