Not out of the woods yet, BUT.....
Watch for the reduction in payments to Verizon for handling continued billing. If this continues it will keep cash flow weak. If they begin to complete change overs they will be in much better shape in the coming quarters.

I inherated these knuckelheads from Citizens, the ole PA company. They were the dog. Just hope these guys are not pulling an "EBERS".

I'm averaging down tommorrow at @ .25 I hope!!!
