The market was supposed to react today, according to posts from last week. IF IF IF there is a letter of intent, it will mean NOTHING to the market. The market knows that the vast majority of these go unfulfilled. The market wants to see a DEAL and we have none.

Ludlow Capital has been right twice, but they have been wrong more than twice, if we trust the so-called phone calls.

Bottom line......THERE ARE NO DEALS. Until then, the PPS stays near ZERO.
