Frankly trader either retail or the company selling at these prices is bizaare. I can at least relate to retail doing it.
I've bailed on numerous stocks that that were horribly down when I finally was willing to admit that things were as bad as they looked. I can't relate to dilution at these levels. It nets them almost nothing. A retailer who bail now isn't doing it to get money, dilution is doing for that reason.

It is easy to figure out what you believe. The difficulty lies in determining - is what you believe the truth.
