We just found out that the attorney is still pursuing possible litigation on behalf of the shareholders. They told ust that anyone with shares is encouraged to be added to the list - this is in case things do not end up as we all are anticipating. Though we don't think we are going to be mistreated, as the all remaining assets go to the common shareholders, it may not hurt to be added to the list.
