Shareholder Bulletin
Dear Shareholders,
These are some items that Eternal Image wishes to share with all of you:
1) Eternal Image intends to pay off the $54K note early as we believe that this transaction may have sent the wrong signal to our loyal shareholders.
2) For those living in the metro Philadelphia area you may have heard the live interview with Nick on Sports radio WOND at approx. 6:50 pm this past Friday, March 6. Nick talked about the products, the Phillies, the website and the stock.
3) Audited financials are in progress and we look forward to releasing them. These financials will establish a good baseline for us to use as a yardstick for measuring company progress as we move forward year by year.
4) The Company's Form 211 received 1 additional comment which was returned to FINRA late last week. We anticipate this being the final comment in the process of being listed on the Bulletin Board.
5) Eternal Image's line of Youth and Infant Precious Moments caskets in the prototype phase. It is expected that the Company will begin taking orders for these within the next 30 days.
