Hopefully the update will be in the form of an NR, vice burying the info in the 10K when it comes out. The fact that the company hasn't diluted is, as you say, very positive. The company needs to show that it has the ability to remain in business in these economic times. It is understandable why the stock went sub penny with no income in the quarter ending Sept 30. There must be some believers who were willing to fund the company for a promissory note, but that can't last forever. Certainly hope you are right and we get the news needed to move this stock. It also would help if the company were to do a better job keeping the investment community updated on their progress.
