You would have rather had Torvec pay out all those shares to CXO?

The appellate court's reversal and the recent decision are HUGE wins for Torvec and their shareholders.

Congratulations to Torvec management and their legal representatives. Torvec shareholders will benefit from the fine job management is continuing to do to achieve shareholder value worthy of their inventions.

This act by management, not only sends the message that Torvec will vigorously defend itself, but has also saved shareholders from millions of shares being passed out to an undeserving group.

Torvecian do you know exactly how many shares CXO will not be receiving because of this settlement?
