Like YJ, I and few others believe you have hit the mark on this one. NeoMedia was know as being "radioactive" when CH took the reins. Not many wanted to conduct business with us and even fewer wanted to take the lead CEO reins. CF was seeking greener pastures and the company had become void. It was around this same time that comments were making the rounds in the PWC community that YA was going to pull the plug. Subsequent to CH's arrival in April, 06, a 7/24, 100% total committment was made by him in getting this locomotive back on track...but even further coupled by GOOG's open decision to proceed with the development of Android in Oct. 2006, the company was kept afloat by YA. One consideration mid-2007 was to sell Gavitec and fund NeoMedia for US strategies. According to rumor, IM & PS thought differently about Gavitec and subsequently, it has and continues to remain a NeoMedia staple for its award winning technologies and foothold on moble ticketing. IMHO, CH's tenure was crucial and critical to where NeoMedia is today...from a highly successful standards initiative to a well established backend clearing house operation as well. However, one individual who has recieved little to no recognition for the first clearing house concept is Jim Levinger - NextCode CEO. My hats off to you Jim, as you are the true pioneer here. Best to you.
All the Best, JP
