Just because they have a "hearing" ~

Doesn't necessarily mean they'll make the actual changes the same day, or even anytime soon...Nevertheless, the market will most likely react positively if news from the hearings are positive...

I'll be ready to pounce on FAS, SSO, and the bank index $BKX at the first signs of a large rally starting...
