If this is true, "Megas has said the SEC would not help him deal with the DTC...he is on his own," that tells this BCIT shareholder, that there's very little chance for us ever trading again. The recent NASDAQ-OMX trading talk for BCIT has very little chance of happening, if you go by past performance/outcomes.
