Soapy, don't just say it, prove it. Show something like a website or a filing that shows that this group you speak of has other holdings besides SPNG. All the information I have be able to gather shows the group to only consist of Steven Moskowitz, Micheal Metters, and Frank Lauzakus. Not a very big group but I guess you could call them a group just the same.
