Usually state annual reports are just a list of officers and directors. Those 2 pages could well be the complete report...look at the historical ones, same thing.
Financials aren't filed there if that's what you're thinking.
Same deal in Canada, annual reports are filed with the Provinces, just a list of officers/directors, it's one page...and of course a fee.
