Looking good today...we are pretty sure that Grumman's post had to do with bylaws for the shareholders and mentioned a meeting of the shareholders for a previous year - we are not aware of any meetings in 2009 for the shareholders - we, as shareholders, are waiting for the Board to maximize the shareholder's value as part of their fiduciary duty.
