Still workin on gettin the non profit off the ground & hope that it will be this way for quite sometime....which would mean things continue to roll in this direction.

Really ugly out there...but for those who know Worns take on it all....can't say that I'm da least bit surprised....still thinken 5,750 is a 50/50....or better now...or at least a better prop than the last time I was here....a lil under a week ago was it?
Unemployment is in the 5th/6th inning as is everything else.....here's y I say this.....it's March (OK, u know that...lol) & I happen to subscribe to the thot that the balance of '09 is toast & IF we're too see any foothold for the econ it'll be early 2010 @ best.
Now I recall this time last yr when things really began to look sour...tho many were hopin it would only last a few mos..maybe a Q or 2 b4 a decent recovery (tho most of us here knew much better of course...not so sure I can include you in on that 1 Daiello....lol) & thus we were hearin a late '08 recovery & surely by end of Q1 '09. Well here we are & things are bleeker than ever.....heck, even Jester's Obama dry toast is lookin dark 'n crusty 'round d'edges these days :0
As for me, I continue ta think it's foolish at best for anyone to make calls more than 2 Q's out...no one knows what "fixes" the Obama regime will try & put into play....let alone when. Thus far however the mrkt is voting a HUGE NO CONFIDENCE in whatever it is camp Obama is tryin ta do here.
Having said that, I see no reason to even begin thinking there's any light at the end of the tunnel....& if anyone tries telling you they do indeed see a light...careful now....could be the Midnite Express rollin your way (this is where I start singen..."I got d'ol Instanbul Blues):0 If anyone gets that ref than they get the prize for the day.....which is nuttin more than a lil pride 'n props from your buddy Worn ;)~
OK....to keep it simple here (you know me, that's my M.O.) unemployement will continue to go up for at least another Q or 2 (hunchin any further out is message board fodder) & we all know things can not improve when folks aint makin money....unless of coruse they're Jester's on d'Obama free ride program...so perhaps there is a lil of that "hope" still left ;)~
& I wont even bother to go into all the dirty deets as we all know those are on the ugly side as well.
So there ya go....Dow 5750 lookin bettah 'n bettah as we "March" on (sorry...hard ta put at least 1 of my lame arse double entandre's in there)...tho one thing that continues ta baffle me.....I don't know about you JRB & all u other Goldbuggers....I'm havin a hard time understanding why it is that gold is sub 1200...& that's a conservative # I feel....heck, I think it should be closer to 1,500/oz.
Sure wreaks of manipulation imo...as in, maybe Uncle Sam & da powers that be dont wanna be freakin folks out anymore than they already are...& having the xau @ those #'s would simply be a confirmation of just how bad things really are. I don't know...all I know is gold was higher when things were better....& that's not to say things were all that good when gold was higher..the last time it busted thru 1K.
On that note....xau to 1500 later on this yr...& yes, I do think that's a conservative figure. Once the powers that be let the chains of manipulation go w/that, it'll take no time at all for it ta rally well north of 1200....& really, if it does indeed play out as such, what's stoppin it from a 1750-2K handle?
