Honestly Ttrades have become more frequent in the pinks as automated trading desk(AUTO) and similar services come on line. In MOST cases the company can set an amount of shares they want to sell and these automated traders try to get the best price and split the percentage above the company's sell price. These programs automatically calculate in the new shares after hours as a ttrade. If you notice when there are ttrades, they are totalled up from higher trades. If the position is closed out in the day,(IE:before the bell) it will show as a big dump, not a ttrade. My information is REAL, do some reading here and many will get a grasp on the situation here and there. GL.
