Just cause they are "current information" does not mean it is a good or even potentially PROFITABLE company.

Some unpleasant DD about WLSI

I. Wellstar NOR the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Trillennium Medical Imaging ("TMI") have registered trademarks http://www.uspto.gov/ebc/tess/index.html

II. Wellstar NOR TMI, actually make a product, in fact, they are not listed on their manufacturer's franchise list. Yes, I said FRANCHISE, you know that $700k "exclusivity" listed as asset for the last X years... "Wellstar has obtained the rights to market a thermal imaging camera using infrared technology approved by the Food and Drug Administration as an adjunctive diagnostic device and software for thermal imaging pursuant to an exclusive supplier contract with the camera's manufacturer. Mikron Instrument, Inc. (Wellstar does not manufacture the thermal imaging cameras). Our camera and software technology is known as the TMI Thermal Imaging System." The software... it's installed on a TMI iBook, running twin TMI quad-core TMIntium processors and prints on a 10,000 color TMIJet printer.

V. IS AN APPLICATION FOR A LOAN AN LOI? IF SO I JUST ENTERED AN LOI FOR $5M IN FINANCING!!! I don't think either of us will make it through lender's diligence though. :(
