Neuro, A while ago you mentioned that a group had asked your opinion about a financing offer they were considering making to Cortex, but you told them it would most likely be rejected as insufficient. Now with the pps lower, and Cortex's cash reserves reduced even more, just wondering what the terms might conceivably look like now?

If we figure a financing deal for $5 mil at say .25 cents, we're looking a 20 mil share dilution, plus more dilution for the warrants. Do you think additional onerous/toxic aspects are likely, like a floorless convertible feature? Have there been other recent financings by small bios which might give us a guide as to what to expect? Thanks.
